Suggestions:

We ensure all shipped products are in perfect condition. Refunds available for unwashed, unworn, unused items. Returned merchandise must match original condition, packaging, tags. Online purchases returnable within 30 days, sale items excluded.

Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact us via email before initiating any return or exchange.

Returns should be sent to:

For certain returns processed with the manufacturer, we may provide prepaid shipping or RMA labels, which is why prior contact is essential. The $8.50 return charge applies unless the item arrives damaged.

Note that some products, including candy, bath and body items, personal care products, and sale items, are non-returnable.

Household Decoration Refund Guidelines

We take pride in offering high-quality, unique home decor from luxury brands like Park Hill. Due to item specifications, all sales are final, except for damaged items.

In case of damage upon arrival, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Please submit clear photos of the box, damaged item, and packaging to expedite resolution.

Due to hand-applied finishes, natural patinas, and artisan distressing on our decor pieces, slight variations from product photos are expected and add to their unique charm. Certain items, such as our cast iron selections, may change color over time when exposed to the elements.

If uncertain about a product, we are pleased to offer extra photos, videos, or details to enhance your confidence in your purchase. Please contact us for assistance.

Swaps:

Because we use multiple warehouses nationwide, we do not offer an exchange service. To obtain a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired items and return the ones that do not fit or suit your needs.

Refunds will be issued once the returned products are received in their original condition. This approach helps ensure you don’t miss out on limited-size availability.
