Combined Return Policy — It’s a Girly Place & My Pampered Life Seattle

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we keep returns simple and customer‑friendly.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Sale items, gift cards, bath & body, personal care, and most décor are final sale

Email mail@itsagirlyplace.com with your Order # and reason for return

Do not return products without email instructions first otherwise returned products will not be accepted.

Approved returns receive instructions and a return label option

It’s a Girly Place: Free prepaid UPS label (contiguous U.S. only)

My Pampered Life Seattle: Prepaid label available for $9.50, deducted from refund

Report damage immediately upon delivery

Décor damage must be reported within 3 days with photos

Natural variations (wood grain, distressing, patinas) are not considered defects.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Place a new order and return the original item

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

Processing may take up to 10 business days
