Shipping Update: Affordable & Transparent Delivery 💌

To keep shipping simple, fair, and affordable, It’s a Girly Place now uses split shipping between our partnered brands — Fig Beauty & Skincare and Pink Purée.

Each brand will apply its standard company shipping rate, ensuring every package is shipped directly and efficiently from its source.

This update helps maintain fast delivery times, transparent pricing, and our ongoing commitment to affordable, cruelty-free beauty for all customers.

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Pink Purée, the lash brand that blends quality, comfort, and cruelty-free beauty — all at prices that won’t break the bank.

Order Status

Once your order ships, an email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact mail@itsagirlyplace.com with your name and order number.

Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Processing time refers to order preparation before shipment. Shipping time begins once the carrier receives your package. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Upgrades

Standard and priority shipping options are available at checkout.
Upgrading shipping affects delivery speed only, not processing time. For example, express shipping means your order will ship via express mail after processing is complete.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Responsibility for your order transfers to the carrier once it leaves our facility.
To protect your purchase, we recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout.
If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding addresses. For assistance, email mail@itsagirlyplace.com.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes or refund shipping fees.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Free shipping applies to orders over $65 unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Shipping Fees
Please verify all shipping details before placing an order. Shipping fees are non-refundable for incorrect addresses, customer-initiated returns, or refunds due to user error. Refunds are processed once returned items are received and may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping can be refunded within 7–10 business days. Note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable. To correct an order before it ships, email mail@itsagirlyplace.com -- do not place a new order.

Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds exclude shipping costs. If an error occurs on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid return label after verifying the issue (photo proof may be required).
To start a return, email mail@itsagirlyplace.com with your order number, items, and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Bundled Products (Including Mystery Bundles)
Bundles must be returned in full, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately. Contact mail@itsagirlyplace.com to initiate a return.

Exchanges
Email mail@itsagirlyplace.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for exchange. Approval is required before sending items back. If the requested item is out of stock, you’ll be notified of any delay. A $3.50 processing fee applies to exchanges.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Pink Purée is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For protection, add Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If your protected package is affected, file a claim directly through Route Shipping Protection.
